"What I found is that a lot of the processes and departments were already in place. It's something we didn't have before, and so it's very complimentary of what we were trying to achieve. As we've grown and expanded over the years, it improved my business. It's grown the business significantly, and it has allowed me to spend more time with my clients. You know, that's what I should be doing, as opposed to all the other things. So, building a great team with different departments helps me focus on the clients and the client experience. That's what it's all about."
