Q & A With Carmelle
Q: How does HR/Ops help ensure smooth communication across all branches?
A: "
Q: How does HR/Ops support a new advisor or new branch joining Summit?
A: "It's quite a process, we work hand in hand to bring a new advisor or office on board. We have spent a lot of time developing processes and checklists that we utilize to help us do our diligence and onboard them. We try to follow this process so it's as smooth as possible. We have weekly call for either an advisor or an office to work through every little piece involved taking them on."
